| MARKETING VIDEOS AND TELEVISION COMMERCIALS When you contact us about making your video, we meet you at a location convenient for you, either in your office or at a great coffee shop nearby. Over coffee or across your desk, we listen to how you want your video to increase your sales and offer initial solutions on how to achieve that goal. This doesn’t cost a cent – in fact, if we meet at that coffee shop, the lattes are on us. Following our initial meeting, we work up a detailed proposal for you, complete with a roughed-in idea of what your video looks like, and a quote, which we e-mail or snail mail to you, whichever you prefer. This, too, is free. And if you want to meet back at the coffee shop to go over the proposal, lattes are still on us. Once the initial concept is agreed upon, we start on your project. You receive
Following the shoot, we edit the first cut of your video. When it’s ready, you are given a special log-in code to view your video on-line. Take time with it. Make sure it’s everything you hoped it would be. If changes need to be made, let us know. Once you’re fully satisfied with your video, we send it to your webmaster, web-whiz teenager or whomever manages your website and in whichever format they require. Television commercials are sent directly to broadcasters and to their specifications. We also give you two DVDs of your video, and can make multiple copies, if you wish. We also keep a copy of your story in our files, in case you should ever misplace it. And we keep all of video we shoot so if you want to make a second video with us, you could save money by using tape already in our library. They’re sweet, they’re simple, and they pack a serious marketing punch. People like having their opinions heard and more often than not, you will find clients are only too glad to have the opportunity to express their satisfaction with you.
